Since May 2007, we have been conducting research into claims satisfaction at Groupama Healthcare to measure how happy your customers are with the claims service we offer. The latest results (from the last quarter of 2007) demonstrate overall satisfaction with our claims service sits at 96.1%.
This research is part of our ongoing commitment to monitor and improve the levels of service offered to customers and forms a key element of our commitment to treat customers fairly.
Service standards

Claims reports
Groupama Healthcare is the only insurer to provide a claims report at renewal for every scheme. We believe in transparency of information and regard this as being in the spirit of treating customers fairly. This information allows our supporting intermediaries to provide a comprehensive service to clients and add value to their relationships.
No direct sales
Other insurers promote products and develop relationships with intermediaries whilst also operating direct brands which compete against those very same brokers. Groupama Healthcare has no direct sales operation - so we are never in competition with you.
